A little about us: after high school and a few college classes I enlisted in the US Marine Corps and we got married.
A few years later we landed in Pensacola FL while I learned to fly and our first two (of three) children were born here at the NAS Hospital on Corry Station. Our third was born in Honolulu while we were stationed there. While in the Marines we spent three tours totaling 9 years in this area and chose to retire here in Pensacola.
I began buying houses in Pensacola in 1998 with a duplex on N street and every time we returned home, I bought another house. Before long I realized that I could make a living doing this after the military and Greg Buys Houses was started in 2018. We love flipping houses and have a ton of fun doing it. We obviously need to buy houses in order to flip them so here we are!
Our Kick Ass Mission:
This past year, Greg Buys Houses gave $3000 to the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Florida when their fundraising efforts were thwarted by the pandemic. And I realized that I like being able to make a tangible impact on our community.
So we have made it our mission to buy and fix so many houses in Pensacola and all over Florida that Greg Buys Houses is able to give away at least one house each year to the family of a first responder. To be honest, we haven’t quite sorted out all of the details yet… but that’s where we want to be.
